Studio Arte 15, in collaboration with Fabrizio Savigni, organises dinners and interactive courses, conceived with a view to create, promote and disseminate the culture of “Good Art and Good Food”. Art and culinary experts recount contemporary artists’ works through the ingredients that make up recipes designed for this purpose.
Art to Eat compares two creativities: that of the artist and the chef, intended as a philosophy of life suited to involving basic human needs: food nourishment and cultural nourishment. In art, food is combined with beauty and therefore with pleasure and Vanitas: the beautiful becomes exquisite and refined, delicate and delicious; and the food, with its seductive forms, achieves the utmost sensual metaphors of fantasy.
